A 23 year-old who complained to police that he was repeatedly raped and beaten by another man in Tobago, is no longer alive to tell the story.<br /><br /><br />The young man dropped dead last Friday in Moriah Tobago, after making a report on his latest beating to the Moriah police. His mother spoke with TV6'S Elizabeth Williams, and here is that report.<br />
