The ongoing Hijab controversy has spread from Karnataka to West Bengal, after a school principal allegedly asked a student not to wear a Hijab inside the school grounds. <br /> <br />According to sources, the incident occurred in the Suti area of West Bengal's Murshidabad district, where Bahutali High School's Principal Dinbandhu Mitra asked the student not to wear a Hijab. <br /> <br />Locals then staged a protest in front of the school and set up a blockade.
