A group of clever clubgoers managed to dupe bouncers who wouldn't let them in over their white shoes - by using SOCKS.<br /><br />Rachael Silvester, 27, had gone out with friends Manchester to celebrate a birthday when one boy in their group was turned away.<br /><br />Staff on the door said white trainers weren't allowed - forcing the party to come up with a plan.<br /><br />They then hit upon the genius idea of disguising the man's trainers to look like dress shoes - by covering them with Rachael's friend's socks.<br /><br />Queuing up again, the friendship group were over the moon when the bouncers didn't even bat an eyelid at the DIY disguise - and the whole crowd made it into the club.<br /><br />Freelance photographer Rachael, from Manchester, said: "He had arrived earlier than us and the bouncers refused to let him in and sent him away. <br /><br />"Once we arrived, he told us what had happened and our friend Alex suggested the idea. <br /><br />"Emily started taking off her shoes and then her black socks and stretched them over the guy's trainers so they looked black.<br /><br />"I found it hilarious so started filming it knowing it would be funny to show people if we did end up getting away with it.<br /><br />"We all then queued up and the bouncers let him in with no comments! We were all so amused and ended up having a great night."<br /><br />The night out took place in December 2021.
