Former President Ashraf Ghani 'willing to return to Afghanistan'

Hashmat Ghani, brother of Ashraf Ghani, told DW that the former president wants to do his part to help Afghans, although he's not interested in getting back into politics. But some former Afghan officials deny these claims.
