A Perth family says it feels betrayed by the justice system after a decision to downgrade the charge against an accused mine site killer. The accused man was originally charged with murdering a fellow fly in fly out worker, but now prosecutors have told the Supreme Court they will be accepting his guilty plea to the lesser offence of manslaughter.
