Occurred on February 15, 2022 / Conroe, Texas, USA<br /><br />Info from Licensor: Son vacuuming his face, I let him grab the hose because he loves the vacuum and didn’t expect him to put it on his face. End result was him shocked and upset I took it away and cried.
