Parts of Scotland have yellow warning issued for 'blizzard conditions' and lightning<br /><br />Snow and lightning are forecast throughout the day as new Storm Gladys continues to move across Scotland. <br />Driving conditions are tricky and queues have formed on many roads as snow continues to fall.<br /><br />The Met Office has issued a yellow warning.
