The Russian Defence Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov says in televised remarks that Ukrainian civilians can freely leave the capital Kyiv as Moscow's assault goes into its fifth day.<br />"All civilians in the city can freely leave the capital of Ukraine along the Kyiv-Vasylkiv highway. This direction is open and safe," says Konashenkov.<br />
