Olivia Campbell-Hardy, a 15-year-old girl from Bury, England who was at the Ariana Grande concert in Manchester on Monday night, has been confirmed dead.<br /><br />The confirmation was made by her mother Charlotte Campbell on Facebook early Wednesday.
