He then proceeds to get down on his knee and pop the question. <br /><br />"My hands are sweaty," Autumn says while trying her best not to burst into tears. <br /><br />"Shortly after the pandemic happened, my (now) husband and I were faced with the toughest financial situation of our relationship," Autumn wrote. "But no matter how tough things got, our love continued to grow. <br /><br />"We had recently gotten our first puppy and I wanted to take family pictures. We went to Eisenhower Park and little did I know that my husband had planned a surprise proposal.
