Guarantor countries to supervise Syrian peace talks

The Syrian peace talks in Astana are not meant to replace the peace process in Geneva, but rather 'complement' it.<br />Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan says the talks will be supervised by 'guarantor countries'.<br />
