Britain won't be able to cherry pick in Brexit meeting

The EU's chief negotiator on Brexit on Tuesday says Britain will have less than 18 months once talks begin.<br /><br />The country also will not be allowed to pick and choose which part of the EU agreement it wants to keep.<br />
