'This footage encapsulates the beautiful journey of Billy from an abandoned puppy to a big, healthy, and playful dog. <br /><br />The video comprises shots from several phases of Billy's life as he bonds and messes around with his fellow pets. <br /><br />"I found Billy on 12/15/2020 on the street, crying and starving, and since it was very cold, I took him home," the filmer, Rassam Khadija wrote. "He was less than a month old and I didn't know how to feed him.
