BPD: Driver in deadly DUI crash that caused gas leak arrested

The Bakersfield Police Department said a 29-year-old woman was arrested Thursday in a deadly DUI crash that also caused a gas leak resulting in apartments to be evacuated in Southwest Bakersfield.
