Mwingi West MP Calls for leniency on Bodaboda's and training to curb crime

Mwingi West Charles Nguna is now calling for leniency on Bodaboda operators following the recent directive by President Uhuru Kenyatta which has seen many Bodaboda operators caught in the wrong.
