It's no secret, Commissions of Enquiry in the past have led to very little or no change in the matters that were investigated.<br /><br />That's according to political Analyst Dr. Winford James.<br /><br />However, Dr. James is somewhat optimistic the Commission of Enquiry into the Paria Diving Tragedy will be different.<br /><br />He's commending the government for moving quickly to announce a Commission after scrapping the investigative committee.<br /><br />More from Achsah Gulston.<br />
