The University of the West Indies is presenting with it says are the facts concerning two recommendations from the report of the Chancellor's Commission on Governance which caused uproar. <br /><br />According to the University's Council.... false narratives stemming from the recommendations were pushed into the public domain, and there is concern that it could sully the reputation of the University.<br /><br />Alicia Boucher has the details.<br />
