Trinidad and Tobago has a new Attorney General.<br /><br />And the man who had served as Attorney General since September 9th, 2015 is now the new Local Government Minister.<br /><br />These were just two of the changes the Prime Minister made to this Cabinet on Wednesday.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.<br />
