France's health minister insisted on Thursday the country was "extremely well prepared" if cases of a newly identified coronavirus, which has killed at least 17 people, should reach France.<br />Agnes Buzyn spoke after two people in France tested negative for the coronavirus, which can spread from human to human and typically comes with symptoms such as a sore throat and cough.
