A police inspector who was arrested for allegedly raping two Mongolian women that he detained at a movement control order (MCO) roadblock, was charged at the Petaling Jaya Sessions Court today with eight counts of rape and one count of outraging the modesty of the women. <br /><br />Hazrul Hizham Ghazali pleaded not guilty after all charges were read before Judge Norshila Kamaruddin.<br /><br />The court then set bail at RM27,000 with one surety for all charges and fixed June 2 for mention.
