Health Ministry director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah today debunked a viral message of an alleged scam in which individuals purporting to be Health Ministry officers arrived at a person's home in a ministry van on the pretext of conducting door-to-door tests.<br /><br />Taking to Facebook today, the Health Ministry clarified the purported scam.<br /><br />"The accusation where the ministry's van was used in a scam was fake. The van belongs to the ministry, and the staff were the members of the ministry," said the ministry.<br /><br />The ministry pointed out the district health office would contact members of the public before going to their houses in future.
