Director of Veterinary Public Health in the Ministry of Health says Rabies Outbreaks are not new to this country.<br /><br />Responding to concerns raised over a recent rabies outbreak amongst livestock in Barrackpore, Dr Saed Rahaman assures us that the ministry is doing its part to contain the spread.<br /><br />He was speaking on TV6's Morning Edition, reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh tells us more.<br />
