यूपी में मंत्रिमंडल का गठन बड़े संतुलित ढंग से किया गया है। इसमें मंत्रियों के चयन में जो जातीय संतुलन दिखाई दे रहा है, उससे इस बात का अंदाज़ा लगाया जा सकता है, कि बीजेपी यूपी में खूब फूंक-फूंक कर कदम रख रही है। किसी जाति-वर्ग को नाराज़ नहीं किया गया है। इसके पीछे एक बड़ा कारण 2024 में होने वाले आम चुनाव को भी माना जा रहा है।ऐसे में किसी वर्ग का नाराज़ रह जाना बीजेपी के आगे परेशानी का सबब बन सकता है।ज़ाहिर है बीजेपी के थिंक-टैंक्स ने बहुत मंथन के बाद ही मंत्री पद के लिये चेहरों का चयन किया है। <br /> <br />The cabinet formation in UP has been done in a very balanced manner.
