PKR vice-president Rafizi Ramli has taken a swipe at former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak, saying that Umno has many ministers but no formula to resolve the people's issues.<br /><br />He said there’s no point in having so many ministers without an idea between them.<br /><br />"At least I have a formula. Why is a formula important? Because when we present an idea, it must be understood.<br /><br />"Umno does not understand ideas. They only know (how to repeat) the formula," he said at the launching ceremony of the ‘Ayuh Malaysia’ campaign broadcasted live on Facebook yesterday.
