<p>This is the heart-warming moment a man suffering from Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) was able to cross off an item on his bucket list - attending an NBA game in court-side seats.</p><p>Chris Beckette, 33, received the tickets from the non-profit organisation, Team Gleason. </p><p>Team Gleason support ALS, offering an Adventure Grant that allowed Chris and his partner Taylor Lew to fulfil an item on their bucket list.</p><p>Chris said: “I had always dreamed of being able to sit courtside for an NBA game because you have the best seat in the whole arena."</p><p>Chris was diagnosed with ALS also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease in 2019.</p><p>Due to the nature of his condition, things are only becoming more limited for Chris’ day to day life, thus Chris's bucket list is becoming harder to complete.</p><p>For Chris and his fiancé Taylor Lew, from Lakewood, California, it's the little things that matter, whether it's the touch of a hand, reading to each other or even the surprise opportunity to sit courtside at an NBA game.</p><p>Filmed on 3rd January 2022</p>
