Empty supermarket shelves in Shanghai after day of Covid panic buying<br /><br />Shanghai residents buy groceries from near-empty shelves after a run on supermarkets earlier in the day, as authorities start a two-phase lockdown of the city of about 25 million people to carry out mass testing.
