The AMA has made its assessment of the opposition's budget reply saying it doesn't offer enough of a difference from the government on health policy. Labor leader Anthony Albanese made fixing aged care a key part of his budget reply speech last night, but AMA President Doctor Omar Khorshid says other parts of the health system have been neglected by both sides.
