The cause of the Nationwide power outage. on February 16th is still under investigation.<br /><br />But, President General of the OWTU, Ancel Roget, has revealed what he claims was the cause.<br /><br />Roget says, it was a fallen tree.<br /><br />Rynessa Cutting reports.<br />
