<p>A combination of rising Covid cases and flight cancellations have left many passengers stranded for hours in queues at major UK airports.</p><p>Frustrated travellers have taken to social media to share the conditions inside airports, including extensive delays at security, check-in and baggage reclaim,</p><p>Footage from Kirsty Law, a British Discus Champion, shows the huge queue for security at Heathrow Airport, London.</p><p>She said: “It actually wasn't too bad!</p><p>“It took about an hour, from joining the queue to getting my bag checked at security. </p><p>“I was expecting a couple of hours.”</p><p>Airline giants EasyJet and British Airways have cancelled upwards of 100 flights since the weekend.<br></p>
