Green volunteer apologises for taking Conservative flyer out of letterbox in Storrington

An ‘overenthusiastic’ Green Party volunteer has apologised for taking a Conservative flyer out of a letterbox in the run up to a Horsham District Council by-election for Storrington and Washington.
