India's Minister of External Affairs S Jaishankar said India strongly condemns the killings in Ukraine's Bucha city, during the debate on the Ukraine crisis in the Lok Sabha on Wednesday. He insisted on immediate cessation of hostilities, saying India is encouraging talks between Ukraine and Russia.
