Former Member of Parliament Alfonso De Lima passed away on April 2nd.<br /><br />The late Parliamentarian is being hailed as a "man of service", and a man who always sought to put his constituents first.<br /><br />Tributes for De Lima came during a sitting of the House of Representatives.<br /><br /><br />Alicia Boucher reports.<br />
