Disgusting!<br /><br />That's how one survivor from the capsized MV Fair Chance is describing the response of authorities.<br /><br />The St. Vincent and the Grenadines-registered vessel overturned in T&T's waters, last Saturday.<br /><br />Two of the seven-member crew escaped alive.<br /><br />So far one body was recovered from the vessel.<br /><br />And, four people remain unaccounted for.<br /><br />Rynessa Cutting has more on this story.<br />
