Alleged gang leader “Nicky” Liow Soon Hee has been charged after more than a year on the run.<br /><br />Nicky is facing 26 charges under Section 4 bracket 1 of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities <br />Act 2001.<br /><br />This is after Nicky turned himself in at the Bukit Aman Commercial Crimes Investigation Department’s headquarters along Jalan Tun Razak yesterday morning.
