It is the 49th day of Russia-Ukraine War and it is being reported that Putins' ally fugitive Viktor Medvedchuk has been arrested in Ukraine. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Wednesday proposed swapping senior pro-Russian politician Viktor Medvedchuk for male and female prisoners of war being held by Moscow's forces. Ukraine's security services on Tuesday said they had arrested Medvedchuk. Watch this video.
