Roads have been closed in Westminster after a man was seen standing atop scaffolding.<br /><br />Emergency services are responding to reports the man was spotted stood on the construction platform surrounding a building on Victoria Street, in Westminster.<br /><br />Officers were called at 1.20pm today alongside paramedics from the London Ambulance Service (LAS).<br /><br />VIDEO: Claudia Marquis/LondonWorld
