More than a hundred firefighters are tackling an “intense fire” on the roof of a block of flats in Deptford.<br /><br />Twenty fire engines and around 120 firefighters rushed to Creek Road, Deptford, Lewisham just after 1pm this afternoon (Tuesday, April 26).<br /><br />Footage on social media shows thick smoke pouring into the air and firefighters spraying the building with hoses.<br /><br />Video: Marilyn DiCara
