What is dutch baby pancake?<br />Dutch baby pancake is a Fluffy German pancake that when you bake, it will puff up like crazy. The taste is incredible, airy and fluffy, I can't resist.<br />Not many cafes or restaurants sell this fluffy dutch baby pancake in their menu, I dont know why, but I think this dish deserves more respect :D<br />Try to make it at home, and you won't regret :)<br /><br />Easy Dutch Baby Pancake, you'll need: <br /><br />1 tbsp butter<br />2 eggs<br />2 tbsp melted butter<br />125 ml milk<br />125 gr flour<br />salt<br /><br />lime yogurt:<br />80 gr yogurt<br />1 lime juice<br />1/2 tsp maple syrup
