Theres no better use for leftover Korean Bulgogi than this. <br />Gimbap is the Korean version of sushi roll, In this video, I make mini sushi rolls with bulgogi, which is a fusion of Japanese and Korean cuisine.<br />The rolls are made with Korean marinated BBQ Beef and mix with with sushi rice and Japanese dipping sauce. To give this delicious easy kimbap recipe a little flair, I whip up a delicious Spicy dipping sauce. <br /><br />In order to make this , you'll need :<br />2 cups short grain rice<br />2 cups water<br />cucumber<br />1 carrot<br />2 eggs<br />beef bulgogi<br />soy sauce<br />sesame oil<br />nori sheets<br /><br />rice seasoning :<br />2 tbsp rice vinegar<br />1 tbsp sugar<br /><br />Dipping sauce:<br />1 tbsp soy sauce<br />1 tsp vinegar<br />1 tsp honey<br />1 tsp shichimi togarashi / you can use gochugaru<br />2 tbsp water<br />1/2 tsp mustard<br />sesame seeds<br />
