The Prime Minister says that this country is benefitting from more oil and natural gas revenues at this time but he would not describe as a boom.<br /><br />Dr. Rowley also confirmed that the new revenue is being used to service the Government's debt, some of which are expensive short term arrangements.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
