Lots of people love brownies, including me. Do you know that brownies have another sibling named blondies?<br />Blondie also means as a blonde brownie, it is a white chocolate version of brownies. These homemade lotus biscoff blondies taste so delicious and a bit more light in flavor than brownies, just perfect to have for dessert.<br />A little twist I made here is by adding some lotus biscoff on top of it, the perfect combination of butterscotch flavor from the blondie and a nice crunch from lotus biscoff biscuit.<br />I always have these white chocolate blondie with a glass of milk, so good !<br /><br />In order to make these homemade lotus biscoff blondies, you'll need:<br />110 gr butter<br />100 gr brown sugar<br />1/2 tsp vanilla extract<br />140 gr flour<br />1/2 tsp baking powder<br />white chocolate<br />lotus biscoff biscuits
