An operator has been shortisted for the refinery, but no word yet on when the deal will be sealed.<br /><br /><br />The refinery was shut down on 30th November 2018 after the government said that to keep it running would bankrupt the country.<br /><br />There have been at least 25 bids for the sale or lease of the refinery.<br />
