The Cannabis Control Bill was passed in the Senate after a marathon sitting that began at 1.30 pm yesterday and ended just after 1 a.m. today.<br /><br />But amendments were made to the legislation meant to establish the Trinidad and Tobago Cannibis Licensing Authority to issue several types of licences for medicinal, therapeutic or scientific purposes.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
