Senator-elect Win Gatchalian receives his certificate of proclamation

Re-electionist Sherwin Gatchalian formally received his certificate of proclamation on Wednesday, May 18 by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) Forum Tent.
