Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley is urging his fellow leaders within CARICOM to follow up on a commitment to establish a single market and economy, as he said the region has been warned that the economic impact of the COVID pandemic it is recovering from, can happen again.<br /><br />The Prime Minister spoke on the matter in Guyana on Thursday.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
