The upcoming Disney Plus original series, which is created and executive produced by Jonathan Kasdan (Solo: A Star Wars Story) and Wendy Mericle (Arrow, Vixen), takes place over 30 years after the events of the original film and finds Willow living a simpler and quieter life. That's until he is called back to action for another quest, which requires his expertise in magic.<br /><br />The series also stars Erin Kellyman (The Falcon and the Winter Soldier), Ellie Bamber (The Serpent), Tony Revolori (Spider-Man: Homecoming), Ruby Cruz (Mare of Easttown), Amer Chadha-Patel (The Third Day), and Dempsey Bryk. Joanne Whalley also returns to reprise her original "Willow" role as Sorsha.<br /><br />Willow is set to premiere later in the year on November 30, exclusively on Disney+.
