BpTT has announced that one of its offshore drilling rigs is set to return to this country in September and is to begin a new round of drilling in the fourth quarter of the year.<br /><br />And the Energy Minister tells TV6 news that the Government welcomes the return of BP's drilling rig, as it "indicates a number of positive things, including BP's continued commitment to Trinidad and Tobago.
