As Tobago's 3rd murder victim N'Kosi Bovell was laid to rest on Friday, relatives and friends at the Mt Paran Baptist Church called on the public not to judge him.<br /><br />Bovell was gunned down on May 15th, at Dutch Fort Restaurant and Bar in Scarborough Tobago. More from Elizabeth Williams.
