Ingredients:<br /><br />Maida Flour: 1/2 kg<br />Salt: 1/2 tsp<br />Yeast: 1 tbsp<br />Sugar: 2-1/2 tbsp<br />Egg: 1<br />Ghee: 1/2 tbsp<br />Lukewarm Water: 1 cup<br /><br />Method<br /><br />Add maida flour to a bowl. Make space in the middle.<br />Add sugar, egg, salt, ghee and yeast and mix well with flour.<br />Add lukewarm, mix and knead well.<br />Dough for dinner rolls is ready.<br />Store aside for 30 minutes.<br />Now make desired shapes with dough.<br />Keep covered rolls aside until so that it may rise.<br />Apply egg with brush or cloth.<br />Bake in oven for 25 minutes.<br />Fluffy dinner rolls are ready to serve.<br /><br />Baking Temperature:<br /><br />Electric Oven: 180 degrees<br />Gas Oven: 300 degrees
