INGREDIENTS<br /><br />• Minced Beef: 1/4 kg<br />• Potatoes: 1/4 kg (boiled and mashed)<br />• Corn Flour: 4 tbsp<br />• Green Chillies: 2-3 chopped<br />• Coriander Leaves: 2 tbsp chopped<br />• Breadcrumbs: as required<br />• Eggs: 2 (beaten until frothy)<br />• Onion: 1 tbsp (fine chopped)<br />• Salt: 1 tsp<br />• Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp<br />• All Spice Powder: 1 tsp<br />• Butter: 2 tbsp<br />• Oil: for frying <br /><br />METHOD<br /><br />1. Mix minced beef, boiled mashed potatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, salt, onions, all spice powder, corn flour and butter well in a bowl.<br />2. Kebab mixture is ready.<br />3. Make small kebabs with your palms.<br />4. Beat eggs well until they come to froth.<br />5. Dip kebabs in eggs and roll in breadcrumbs.<br />6. Deep fry in wok until golden brown.<br />7. Tasty rollo pollo kebabs are ready.<br />8. Serve with chips and salad.
